**New Client Onboarding Expertise Required**

We are seeking a skilled onboarding consultant to ensure seamless customer experiences for new clients.

As an onboarding consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring 100% of new customers are onboarded efficiently
  • Contacting customers within 24 hours of order confirmation or trial set-up
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and confirming customer satisfaction
  • Booking platform training sessions and arranging monthly billing where required

Acting as a knowledgeable business partner to our new clients, building great stakeholder relationships internally and externally is key to this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
