Hiring and Onboarding Specialist

- This position will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate onboarding activities, including preparation of employment contracts, forms, and other necessary documents.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Responsibilities include managing onboarding workflows, coordinating with Payroll to ensure timely payment and documentation, and administering induction programs.
- This role also involves supporting talent acquisition and HR business partner teams with promotions, transfers, and other lifecycle changes.
- The successful candidate will have proficiency in HRIS platforms, such as Workday or SAP, and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
- A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, query management, and recruitment coordination.
- Proficiency in HR software applications, including Workday, SAP, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with various stakeholders.
