Client Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Onboarding Specialist in our Client Onboarding Department. This position will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient onboarding of customers across business divisions, adhering to Group policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that all new customers undergo thorough CDD / KYC and AML checks in accordance with local regulatory requirements and Group standards.
- Administer and accurately update the onboarding pipeline on a daily basis.
- Maintain accurate client and static data within the Client Data Base.
- Initiate Business Head approval requests in line with relevant regulations.
- Prioritize tasks and participate in weekly Business Line check-in calls.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A team player with approachable demeanor, self-motivated, and promotes a positive work environment.
- Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Takes ownership of responsibilities in high-volume settings.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with knowledge of client onboarding, KYC, and anti-financial crimes related regulatory requirements. Proficiency in back-office systems and familiarity with risk and compliance regulations are highly desirable.
