Nurse Educator Role

- Designing and delivering comprehensive learning and training programs, encompassing face-to-face, distance, eLearning, and assessments.
- Ensuring program evaluations are completed and reviewed for continuous improvement, enhancing the overall quality of our educational offerings.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify learning and development solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organisation.
- Providing expert consultancy services to managers, supporting them in preparing staff for training and assessing competency on relevant role-specific tasks.
Key Requirements Include:
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
- Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
- Significant clinical experience in an aged care environment.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
