An exciting opportunity for a Nurse Educator to join a world-class hospital organisation in Melbourne. This full-time, multi-site role offers an autonomous opportunity that will be pivotal in supporting the ongoing development of nursing staff across a perioperative setting and will be the first of its kind for this hospital group.

As a key member of the clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving education, mentoring new and existing staff, and ensuring excellence in evidence-based perioperative care.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in perioperative nursing
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator or Clinical Nurse Specialist
  • Familiarity with relevant clinical standards and accreditation requirements
  • Right to work in Australia
