About Our Role

This opportunity is with a well-established organisation in the healthcare industry, providing generalist HR support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure alignment of HR activities with policies and procedures to drive business outcomes.
  • Advise managers and staff on employment legislation and best practices to mitigate risk.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding new employees to fill critical roles.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management to foster a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with workplace regulations to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A qualification in human resources, business, or a related field (or working towards)
  • At least 2 years experience within the HR industry, preferably in a multi-site organisation.
  • Experience interpreting modern awards and knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations.
  • Ability to work within an HRIS and document management system.
