Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
Provide generalist HR support across your portfolio, ensuring alignment with policies and procedures
Advise managers and staff on employment legislation and HR best practices
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding new employees
Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with workplace regulations
Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
Selection Criteria Will Include
A qualification in human resources, business, or a related field (or working towards)
2+ years experience within the HR industry
Experience working within a multi-site organisation, dealing with a high volume of clients and stakeholders
Ability to interpret modern awards
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations
Experience working within an HRIS and document management system
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels
