Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

The role of a Human Resources Specialist is to provide expert advice and guidance on employment legislation, policies and procedures.

This includes supporting recruitment activities, maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with workplace regulations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in human resources or a related field, along with 2+ years experience within the HR industry.

They will also have strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
