Job Description

The role of a Strategic HR Business Lead is to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR team, providing advice on workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, and strong experience in a generalist HR role within a large multi-site organization. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and provide practical HR insights.

Key Responsibilities:
