Job Opportunity:

An exciting role has become available for a skilled HR professional to join our organisation. As an HR Advisor, you will contribute to the delivery of exceptional HR services across your portfolio, ensuring alignment with established policies and procedures.

  • Deliver high-quality HR support across your portfolio, ensuring consistency with organisational policies and procedures
  • Provide expert advice to managers and staff on employment legislation and best practices
  • Support recruitment initiatives, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding new employees
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

You will be working in a dynamic environment, dealing with a high volume of clients and stakeholders. Your strong knowledge of employment law and industrial relations will be highly valued in this role.
