Lead Evening Operations

As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the evening operations of our retail stores. This includes ensuring that deadlines are met, shelves are fully stocked, and exceptional store presentation is maintained.

Key to this role is your ability to work flexibly with evening working hours, lead and coach your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management.
