As an Executive Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education. You will collaborate with schools to create a culture of shared learning, continuous reflection, and accountability, all aimed at driving sustainable improvement.

Role Highlights:

  • Location Flexibility: Positions are primarily located at a designated sites within your grouping, with opportunities to nominate your preferred region and/or grouping.

  • Government Plated Vehicle: A government vehicle will be provided.

  • Mobile Phone: Stay connected and supported as you lead across various school sites.

Salary: $209, % Superannuation

Period of Appointment: 5 January 2026 to 4 January 2029

Hours:73.5 hours per fortnight (Full-time)

Essential Requirements:

  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment).
  • A registered teacher with full registration within the meaning of the Teachers Registration Act 2000.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Four years or more training as defined in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award 2025.
  • A current driver's licence.
