Lead Distribution Operations

A high-calibre opportunity exists for a skilled leader to spearhead the delivery of distribution operations in a regional setting.

This key role supports and leads a team responsible for constructing, operating, and maintaining the underground distribution network.

The team is pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise Program of Work activities, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met through onsite audits and discussions with team members, upskilling staff, and driving performance and productivity to achieve results in collaboration with the Works Delivery Manager.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Navigating complex situations and taking decisive action to achieve positive outcomes
  • Implementing enterprise planning software to enhance operational efficiency
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving results through commercial acumen and business insight capabilities
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders
