Product Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive growth and value through the delivery of innovative, delightful, and winning products and solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving product strategy and managing a portfolio of products tailored to meet the unique evolving needs of SME Businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support effective management of product portfolio across Australia and New Zealand and deliver on product line strategy.
  • Support execution and successful delivery of strategic initiatives in our roadmap; including effectively managing critical workstreams end-to-end.
  • Support execution of value proposition enhancements including design and launch of new product benefits to deliver market leading value for SME Card Members.
  • Liaise with internal teams regarding product positioning, promotions, and go to market execution of campaigns.
Requirements
  • Be a strategic thinker and self-starter with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Have strong commercial acumen, including ability to identify and size business opportunities.
  • Have proven project management experience with discipline to manage multiple projects running concurrently.
  • Be a team player who is flexible, open-minded and maintains a positive attitude even during changing work priorities.
