Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our commercial lending team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business across SME markets, working closely with referral partners to deliver market-leading Invoice Finance and Asset Finance solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing strong commercial relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging their existing network of referrers (brokers, accountants, aggregators, or SME advisors) to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing strong commercial relationships with brokers, accountants, advisors, and other key stakeholders
  • Working closely with referral partners to deliver innovative finance solutions
