Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth in the MYOB Accounting and Professional service practices space.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of business development sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. They will also possess strong product knowledge and be able to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Proactively plan, forecast, and manage pipeline to ensure gap and upside plans are in place.
- Manage a value-based sales cycle from qualification of need through to objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to become a specialist on relevant SME, Financial Services, and Practice Solutions buyers.
To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
