About the role:
You'll play a key part in the smooth operation of our global payment systems. You'll work hands-on with cloud technologies, APIs and integrated systems to deliver seamless support to clients and partners worldwide.
This role focuses on Level 2 support for acquiring and scheme-related services—critical infrastructure for our business and clients. You'll work closely with technical teams, external partners and business stakeholders to ensure high performance, reliability and client satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cloud-based APIs, routing and gateway services.
- Collaborate with developers, operations and client teams to investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Onboard new clients and configure environments for successful integration.
- Liaise with external partners and schemes for escalated support cases.
- Manage hotfixes and patches with minimal disruption to service.
- Participate in an after-hours support roster (as needed).
Required skills and qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Application or Technical Support roles.
- Strong SQL skills (Oracle/MS SQL) and experience with PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with APIs, XML, REST/SOAP and web service integration.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and SDLC.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A team-first attitude and the ability to work cross-functionally.
