About the Role

As an Assistant Director Integrity Investigations, you will be responsible for overseeing complex investigations related to internal integrity and conduct matters within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of investigators to conduct balanced, professional investigations that adhere to government policies and legislation.
  • Provide specialist advice to senior management on integrity risks and enhance internal governance processes.
  • Undertake complex investigations, both administrative and criminal, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in investigative roles, preferably in a federal agency or similar setting.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant policies, legislation, and integrity frameworks.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Government (Fraud Control and Investigations) or equivalent qualification.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
