Gough Recruitment AU, a leading real estate agency, is seeking an experienced Trust Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate take their career to new heights.
Salary: $65K - $85K per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job Description:
- Maintain the daily processing of transactions for the Property Management department.
- Manage creditor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Handle tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with Creditor Runs and Statement Reviews.
- Perform administration duties, including scanning and filing documents.
- Support mid-month and end-of-month tasks.
Requirements:
- Prior real estate accounts experience highly regarded.
- Must have accounting experience in any industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills across the Microsoft Package.
