Job Description:

The Service Desk Analyst plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. This involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues in a Windows-based environment, escalating complex problems to other teams where necessary, and maintaining user access in various systems and software.

To ensure prompt resolution of incidents, the successful candidate will develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base. Additionally, they will provide feedback on continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance current use of products or reduce incoming call volume.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a Service Desk support role, preferably in a Managed Services environment.
  • Experience providing support in a Windows-based environment: Active Directory, Windows 8/10, Office suite, Office 365.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Heat, Remedy, Zenworks, Connectwise.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft) are highly desirable.
