IT Support Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to become a key member of our team in a collaborative environment. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide expert technical assistance to computer users by diagnosing problems and guiding them through step-by-step solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of LAN/WAN fundamentals, wireless & VPN technologies, anti-virus products, and PC security. Experience with Windows and OSX operating systems, as well as knowledge of help desk ticketing systems, is highly valued.

You will be able to handle incoming calls from users over the phone or by connecting to remote computers, perform deskside support, and log service requests with external vendors and manage turnaround of requests.
