About the Role
This position oversees key account strategy and financial responsibility for major clients in the Independent Grocery channel.
- Develop and execute global, regional, and local account strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
- Identify business opportunities and manage budgets aligned with account objectives.
- Translate customer strategies into joint innovation roadmaps and drive solution-based selling.
- Lead customer approval processes and implement sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, executives, and sponsors.
- Analyze financial KPIs and proactively manage account performance to meet targets.

- You will have experience in account management and a strong understanding of the retail industry.
- You will be able to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
- You will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
