Commercial Manager Position

This role involves leading and assisting in the development of commercial strategies and tender documents. You will work closely with the project director to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and reviewing commercial strategies and tender documents
  • Managing disputes with clients and subcontractors
  • Advising the project director on commercial matters arising under the contract
  • Ensuring the scope of works is clearly understood at the tender stage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or finance field
  • Demonstrable experience in commercial management of projects at a similar level
  • Ability to proactively manage dispute processes
