In this role, you'll manage a mixed portfolio of claims including income protection, total and permanent disability, death, terminal illness, trauma, and business expense claims.

You'll assess and determine claims while working autonomously on technically complex cases.

Key success factors include:

  1. Experience in managing retail income protection claims
  2. Training in medical terminology or an allied health/medical based course
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of medical, legal, product, and regulatory issues as well as claims management tools
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
