This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences during challenging life events as an Income Protection Claims Case Manager. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from start to finish with professionalism and empathy.

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong focus on customer satisfaction, effective time management, and a background in complex case management. Your advanced Microsoft Office skills and understanding of the risk insurance market will enable you to produce high-quality outcomes.

This full-time position offers a permanent contract and flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work remotely with occasional office attendance required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex claims end-to-end
  • Deliver compassionate and seamless customer experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Understanding of the Risk Insurance market and associated products
