About the role

We have an opportunity for 6 x Income Protection Officers to be part of our Enhanced Police Support Scheme Claims Management Team, Shared Services, Finance and Business Services. The Income Protection Officer supports service delivery by undertaking the assessment and processing of income protection claims for injured officers.

To be successful in this role, you will be required to support the customers by providing accurate information. This entails policy and legislative interpretation. Describe a time when you supported a customer by explaining complex or difficult to understand information related to a claim. How did you ensure they fully understand the situation?
