We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Income Protection Officers. This is a full-time role with 6 ongoing positions available.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and processing income protection claims for injured officers, supporting service delivery and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake thorough assessments of income protection claims to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Process claims in a timely and efficient manner to support service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide clear information and resolve issues.
