Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology landscape.

This is a hands-on architecture position that combines design and thought leadership, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the end-to-end solution architecture for major initiatives, ensuring designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned to our strategic architecture and technology roadmaps
  • Partnering with business stakeholders, product managers and delivery teams to understand goals, constraints, and success measures, then translating these into robust, outcome-driven solutions
  • Evaluating and recommending solution options using modern techniques (e.g., weighted assessments, proof-of-concepts, RFPs/RFQs, roadmap analysis)
  • Contributing to and evolving our architecture frameworks, principles, standards and reusable patterns (e.g., API-led integration, microservices, cloud-native topologies, event-driven architectures)
  • Leading the design of current and target-state architectures across business, data, application and technology domains
  • Championing modern delivery practices including DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing and Infrastructure as Code
Requirements
  • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions, owning architecture outcomes
  • A strong technical background (software engineering, infrastructure, networking, or cloud) with the ability to engage at implementation level
  • Deep expertise in cloud (AWS preferred), integration, applications, and modern data platforms
  • A track record with hybrid architectures spanning SaaS, PaaS, cloud-native and on-premise
  • Knowledge of modern architecture practices: microservices, event streaming, API-led integration, zero trust
  • Experience balancing COTS/SaaS with custom development (e.g., React, .NET, cloud-native)
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align to diverse stakeholders
