About the Role

This position involves developing and delivering strategic technology solutions to drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology landscape.

  • Owning end-to-end solution architecture for major initiatives, ensuring designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned to our strategic architecture and technology roadmaps.
  • Partnering with stakeholders, product managers, and delivery teams to understand goals, constraints, and success measures, then translating these into robust solutions.
  • Evaluating and recommending solution options using modern techniques such as weighted assessments, proof-of-concepts, RFPs/RFQs, and roadmap analysis.
  • Contributing to and evolving our architecture frameworks, principles, standards, and reusable patterns, including API-led integration, microservices, cloud-native topologies, and event-driven architectures.
  • Leading the design of current and target-state architectures across business, data, application, and technology domains.
  • Championing modern delivery practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code.
Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions, owning architecture outcomes.
  • Developing technical expertise in cloud, integration, applications, and modern data platforms.
  • Building hybrid architectures spanning SaaS, PaaS, cloud-native, and on-premise systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
