Financial Analyst Role at Jefferies

We are seeking a skilled Senior Investment Banking Financial Analyst to join our team in AU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution.
  • Create high-quality pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Carry out industry research and market analysis to identify opportunities for clients.
  • Oversee due diligence processes and coordinate with advisors.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields is necessary.
  • Possess strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience. Jefferies offers a competitive compensation package and an opportunity to work with a leading Investment Banking team.
