About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team, providing mobile and centre-based services to adult clients. This role involves delivering client-centred care, promoting independence, and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, illnesses, or health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate Speech Therapy interventions within a client-focused and goal-centred framework
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services
Essential Criteria
  • AHPRA registration as a Speech Pathologist
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including problem-solving and negotiation skills
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience working with people with disabilities who may have complex support needs
  • Demonstrated ability to develop plans, practices, and procedures
