About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathology Graduate to join our dynamic team at Royal Rehab LifeWorks.

As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating speech therapy interventions within a client-focused and goal-centred framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy interventions to clients with a range of communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Essential Criteria

  • AHPRA registration as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Speech Pathology or a related field.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working with individuals with complex and challenging support needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop plans, practices, and procedures that promote client-centred care.
