Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
- Review and post attractive job adverts on specialized job boards to boost interest from target candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Implement targeted candidate attraction strategies to cultivate and grow talent communities for current and future hiring needs.
- Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting them to the hiring team.
Requirements:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting required.
- Deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries) required.
- Proficiency in using specialized sourcing techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong research and market analysis skills.
