Job Title: Product Category Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the end-to-end management of all dog and cat product categories. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving retail revenue and margin achievement through purchasing, pricing, and promotional strategies.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations, to develop and execute actionable plans that maintain profitability in line with our strategic goals.

  • Lead the review and optimisation of product ranges, prices, and category performance.
  • Analyse category data to deliver insights and recommendations that enhance customer experience, commercial outcomes, and store operational productivity.
  • Owning the execution of promotional pricing and communication across the team, ensuring accuracy in systems.
About You

You're a procurement expert with:

  • 3-5 years in a procurement analyst or assistant role within Retail or FMCG.
  • Proven ability to manage product category end-to-end in specialty retail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • A passion for pets and a customer-first mindset.
