  • Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to provide enhanced customer experiences
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, fostering a fun and inclusive work environment
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, promoting a safe and healthy workplace for yourself and your colleagues

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for animals and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience in a similar retail environment, preferably within the pet care industry
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and exceed targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Physical fitness, with the capacity to lift products up to 20kg
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
