Property Funds Management Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Fund Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in the ongoing management of our direct property funds and contribute to the growth of our business.

About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled individual with experience in property investment and asset management. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of our funds, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that our investments meet our strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will also possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investment Analysis & Documentation: Prepare and present high-quality Investment Memorandums for internal investment committees and external stakeholders, incorporating detailed financial modelling, market analysis, and risk assessment.
  • External Adviser Management: Appoint, brief, and manage relationships with legal, tax, and financial advisers to ensure efficient and effective transaction execution.
  • Capital Structuring & Debt Management: Arrange, negotiate, and manage debt facilities, ensuring optimal capital structure in line with fund strategy and risk parameters.
  • Capital Management: Oversee and actively manage the fund's capital position, including capital calls, distributions, reinvestments, and liquidity planning.
  • Financial Modelling & Reporting Oversight: Maintain and oversee the fund's financial model, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment with investment strategy; review and approve associated fund reporting for investors and internal management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with investors, capital partners, lenders, and internal teams to ensure alignment of objectives and transparent communication.
  • Transaction Execution: Lead the execution of acquisitions, disposals, and capital raisings in coordination with the Head of Funds Management.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on fund performance against strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance returns and manage risks.
