Senior Property Fund Accountant

This role involves overseeing all financial and management reporting, tax compliance, and analysis for a set of property funds.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and present periodic management reports, variance analyses, commentaries, board papers, recommendations, and financial statements for the portfolio.
- Participate in fund wind-ups, set-ups, acquisitions, and disposals. Assist in consolidated reporting, treasury matters, and ad-hoc projects including systems and process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior finance stakeholders to deliver decision support to the funds. Interact externally with investors, auditors, and consultants.
- A technically accomplished accountant with experience in property or funds sectors is required. Candidates with technical accounting experience from other sectors are also considered.
- An excellent communicator, confident, and skilled at dealing with stakeholders at all levels and across disciplines.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in financial software, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
