Job Overview

We seek a senior finance professional to drive all financial and management reporting, tax, compliance and analysis for a set of property funds.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare periodic management reports, variance analyses, commentaries, board papers, recommendations and financial statements.
  • Collaborate with Fund Managers, Asset Managers and senior finance stakeholders to deliver decision support to the funds.
  • Interact externally with investors, auditors and consultants.
Key Requirements:
  • A technically accomplished accountant with experience in property or funds sector.
  • An excellent communicator with confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
