Role Summary

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Origination Manager with a strong industry network and proven track record in sourcing property finance opportunities. This is a high-impact role with clear KPIs and significant earning potential through a base + commission structure.

Wealth Pi Fund Pty Ltd is a boutique property finance fund with over AUD 1 billion in transactions since inception. We specialise in land acquisition, construction, mezzanine, and residual stock loans, supporting developers through the entire project lifecycle.

With a strong investor base of institutional and high-net-worth clients, we deliver tailored, asset-backed funding solutions for blue-chip property developments across Australia's capital cities.

Location: Double Bay NSW 2028

Work: Permanent full-time role

Key responsibilities:

  • Originate and manage a pipeline of property development and construction finance opportunities.
  • Manage your deal pipeline from initial conversation through to settlement.
  • Build and leverage developer, broker, and industry relationships to source quality opportunities.
  • Achieve annual origination KPIs and contribute to portfolio growth.
  • Work closely with credit and investment teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Represent Wealth Pi Fund at industry events to grow market presence.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of lending products, processes, and developer/broker networks.
  • Established industry connections with developers, brokers, or introducers.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills with ability to structure deals.
  • Results-driven, independent, and comfortable in a high-performance culture.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
