Product Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our software platform
  • Provide high-quality product support through various communication channels
  • Effectively communicate with customers to resolve technical and non-technical issues
  • Diagnose and resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Document troubleshooting and resolution steps for future reference
Requirements:
  • Authorization to work in Australia without any restrictions
  • Flexibility to work weekends (available shifts include Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday)
  • Business-level fluency in Japanese is mandatory
