Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in Workday design, configuration, testing, and implementation to recommend best solutions based on client requirements.
  • Leverage knowledge to adapt scope as additional needs are identified, ensuring flexibility and alignment with project objectives.
  • Guide customers through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and understanding of unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
  • Regularly engage and support clients through all phases of the project, ensuring smooth delivery and successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday HCM implementations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive project success.
