About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering inclusion and diversity programs and initiatives
  • Collaborating with senior leaders and staff to build support and drive change
  • Providing thought leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion trends and best practices
  • Representing Aussie Broadband with external stakeholders on inclusion and diversity issues
