About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inclusion and Diversity Advisor to join our team at Jetstar. As a key member of our Inclusion and Diversity team, you will play a critical role in advancing our Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and fostering a more inclusive and safe workplace culture across Jetstar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the Jetstar Inclusion & Diversity strategy and key priorities, ensuring they align with the overall group approach.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business to build engagement and progress of Inclusion and Diversity objectives at Jetstar.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support to the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding team to increase representation of underrepresented groups at Jetstar and ensure a supportive candidate experience.
  • Conduct data analysis on a regular basis to enable leaders and team members to monitor Inclusion and Diversity progress against strategic priorities, action plan deliverables, and measure the impact of initiatives.
  • Support the engagement and growth of various Jetstar Employee Network Groups.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the design and delivery of Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and programs, in addition to partnering with Employee Network Groups.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and programs from inception through to delivery.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
