About the Role

The Inclusion and Diversity Advisor is a key member of our Community Impact team. To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid understanding of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging field. You'll also need to be able to influence hearts and minds, particularly at the senior management level.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of Aussie's Inclusion and Diversity strategy
  • Support our I&D special interest working groups and networks
  • Provide thought leadership in the latest diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging trends
  • Manage participation in inclusion initiatives like the Australian Workplace Equality Index
  • Develop and report on inclusion targets
  • Represent Aussie Broadband with external stakeholders on inclusion and diversity issues
