As a member of our Community Impact team, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, to influence hearts and minds and drive positive change. You will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of our Inclusion and Diversity strategy, including working with leaders and staff across the business to build support and implement change.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting our I&D special interest working groups and networks to ensure they are aligned with our strategic goals
  • Providing and sharing thought leadership in the latest diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging trends and disruptive practices
  • Managing participation in inclusion initiatives such as the Australian Workplace Equality Index
  • Developing and reporting on inclusion targets that are consistent with our approach and values
  • Representing Aussie Broadband with a range of external stakeholders on inclusion and diversity issues

We are looking for someone who is passionate about inclusion and diversity, and who has a solid understanding of the latest philosophies, trends and disruptive practices in this field. You will be a warm, person-centred and humorous individual who is able to influence hearts and minds, particularly at the senior management level. You will also have strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to relate to and work with people at all levels of the company.
