**About the Opportunity**

Roc Consulting is partnering with a reputable timber distributor in Sydney Metro to find an experienced Account Manager. This role offers an excellent chance to join a financially backed business and drive growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent a diverse range of timber products to clients and prospects.
  • Prepare quotes for clients and projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Visit client sites and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work autonomously, managing your schedule effectively to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive sales growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

 

Benefits and Remuneration Package:

  • An estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation, car allowance, and commissions.

About You:

We are seeking a motivated sales professional with demonstrated B2B experience within the building/construction industry. Ideally, you will have a network of contacts with residential and commercial builders.

  • Proven sales experience within the timber industry.
  • A robust network of contacts with builders across various sectors.
  • A passion for developing new business opportunities through client relationships and personal networks.
  • Natural account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
  • Friendly communication style and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
