Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, cheques, credit cards, EFTPOS, ZipPay, Afterpay, and Humm
- Proactively engage customers in sales conversations, answer product queries, and source orders for customers
- Assist with unpacking stock, maintaining store presentation, and promoting products and services
- Measure and cut timber and trims as required, and perform other retail tasks with high accuracy
