About the Role

CROSSMARK is seeking a skilled Retail Planogram Merchandiser to join our team in Palmerston, NT. As a Retail Planogram Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality point-of-sale displays in-store, building relationships with store managers and team members, and promoting a wide variety of products for leading brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display Creation and Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain visually appealing point-of-sale displays in-store to effectively showcase products and drive sales.
  • Store Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and team members to ensure seamless execution of merchandising tasks and promote a positive working environment.
  • Product Promotion: Identify opportunities to promote a wide range of products for leading brands, including negotiating additional promotional space and reporting on sales performance.
Requirements
  • Supermarket Retail Experience: While not essential, previous experience in supermarket retail is desirable.
  • Driver's License and Vehicle: A current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for this role.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is essential for this position.
  • Availability: A minimum of 3-4 days of availability, including Wednesday and Thursday, is required.
