As a Retail Team Leader, your role will encompass ensuring the seamless operation of the restaurant on a daily basis. You will lead a team of staff members, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our patrons. Furthermore, you will oversee food and beverage preparation, manage inventory, and address customer inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members

  • Monitor stock levels and procure supplies as necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant
