About the Role

CROSSMARK Australia is seeking a skilled Retail Planogram Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Planogram Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality point-of-sale displays in-store, building relationships with store managers and team members, and promoting a wide variety of products for leading brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display Creation and Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain visually appealing point-of-sale displays in-store to effectively showcase products and drive sales.
  • Store Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and team members to ensure effective completion of tasks and achieve sales goals.
  • Product Promotion: Promote a wide variety of products for leading brands, including negotiating additional promotional space and reporting tasks and good photos daily via our StoreTrack App.

Requirements
  • Supermarket Retail Experience: Desirable but not essential; no experience necessary.
  • Driver's Licence and Reliable Vehicle: A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required.
  • Communication and Organisational Skills: Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Availability: Minimum of 3-4 days required availability, including Wednesday and Thursday.
